It operates the Dung Quat Oil Refinery, the first and largest oil refinery in Vietnam, which began commercial operations in 2009. The refinery is strategically important to Vietnam's energy security, processing crude oil to produce a range of refined petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and other fuels. BSR also produces petrochemical feedstocks such as propylene, which is further processed into polypropylene.
